I'm just talking from my ass here but somehow I feel like that Germany must have good property ownership rights. Those fuckers used to have great privacy laws to but I know that went down the shitter though.

Then maybe Austria or Switzerland, scandis would be a nice option but they have freedom to roam and such which is nice if you don't have land, but I would not like to have people on my property.

In southern Europe there's "tons" of land for dirty cheap and it ain't too bad if you don't mind bureaucracy.

Ever since the end of world war 2 where zionist jews have gotten the definitive control of Europe, the continent has increasingly developed communist tendencies and socialist politics, particularly in the EU obviously, specially now with this whole refugee crisis thing, so unless you're non-white there's a thousand ways the EU governments can fuck you from behind, specially if you own land there and don't do much in it, they will take your land, and give it to refugees or some shit like that. Take it from an european, you're better off in America trust me.
If you're buying some cheap small piece of land there just to circumvent bureaucracy and politics to get residency or something like that then sure, but if you're byuing it as an investment or plan to live there, the odds are completely against you.

It is, also Europe doesn't have unified rules in that regard, even EU countries. What the law says, at least in my euro country is that you must use proportional force while defending yourself. Ie, you can't just shoot some can't because he is trespassing, but if he is inside your home and your life is at risk you actually can do it.
I know that it's piss poor compared to US where you have shit like stand your ground, castle doctrine and easy access to firearms, but you can defend yourself for fucks sake.

many places are very nice the country has a overall small town feel. its a small country, so often many people in one region went to the the same schools (at least in higher education there are only around 20 unis excluding trash, for profit and special stuff like police or industry specific).
the country is truly central european from the landscape dotted with old castles and train tracks.
culture is unique but to describe it terribly for outsiders its german mixed with eastern.
It's a somewhat poorer country as the average income is around 800-1000€. tax is low i think at 25% politics are a entertaining show with a tiny bit of banana republic feel.
the country is very safe beside property crime by gypsies, but surveillance and security services are cheap if you want your home protected.
people tend to work in the cities and only go on the weekend into the countryside.
