Is it ok to cliff dive on an empty stomach and does weight/height matter? (I'm 5'1, 104 lbs)
How high is too high for a beginner?

cliff diving means a lot of different things to different people. the real pros are jumping from like 80 feet which is just insane to me.
have you done a 10 footer yet? 15? i know that sounds small but first off standing up there makes it feel waaaaay taller. around 25 feet is where it starts to get a little dangerous (you can hit the water at about 40 miles per hour). personally 20 feet is my comfort zone. its fun and you can kind of session on it. hit the 30+ mark a few times but it was a situation where it was more fun knowing i did than than as i was doing it.
also weight and height does not really matter. a bowling ball and nickle will hit the ground at the same time

post tities so we can analise the situation with more details.

Ehh I never actually jumped off a proper cliff before, ever.
I'm just afraid my body is gonna be like fuck this and internally mush up if I don't stick a perfect landing.
I had the opportunity once but I chickened out because it seemed pretty high, but I'm more confident because I watched lots of videos and read first hand accounts.

you know the rules. tits or ge -- oh, wait, this isn't /b/

#1 ensure you have a landing area you can land in that is deep enough
#2 max height is whatever is safe, if you wouldn't do it at a pool's high board, don't do it at a cliff.
