I've had good luck with T5s for veg and HPS for flower/fruit, but unless you're growing weed or certain exotic plants, you'll lose money on the electricity. Even here in WA, growing weed would be a losing battle for a small operation because the price per gram is as low at $12 in some places. i never thought I'd see the day, but decriminalization won the war on drugs.
