I found this heath spotted-orchid in a sunny, marshy area at an altitude of about 1400m. One of the first orchids I've ever seen.
I found this plains coreopsis growing at the edge of the woods, where a 300 years old oak was cut and bulldozed. It probably grew from seed carried on the wheels of the bulldozer. Not only was it far away from home, but also in the wrong habitat...
