the short answer is water because you simply cant last more than a few days with out it. you can go 2 weeks without food although i am sure days 11-14 are probably really shitty and you might as well be dead.

but the longer answer would be it depends on the food (apples and oranges cover both) Location (do you need a lot of energy to get out of where the fuck you are ((barring the idea to not move and wait for help)) and weather (if its snowy or raining you are good on water).
