I did it last Jan, shit was hella fun. Started at Black Sand Beach and went north to the small delta. Super pretty and I saw some otters too!

Ive driven it and it's beautiful. Old scoutmaster was convinced he almost his a sasquatch dricing between Eureka and Mendocino. Great hiking and camping spots down there.

I've done it. One of my favorite areas and trails I've ever hiked. It's incredible and you should absolutely do it. I can answer some questions if you want. Pic is of one of the trailheads at Shelter Cove.
