I agree for the most part, except for the iodine and vodka. Iodine helps prevent goiters and is hard to get without eating a decent amount of seafood, meat, eggs and dairy. But idk if it wouldnt just be better to have iodine treated salt. As for the vodka, youre exagerrating a bit but i agree its not really worth it. Everclear in a small flask maybe?
