We had a high wind warning so I went in the woods. I didn't go very far because trees were snapping and branches were falling. One thing for sure was that it's 28 degrees outside and the wind was going right through clothes. I had a fleece hoodie, fleece vest, wicking shirt and my base layer.

Forecast: WINDS...60 TO 80 MPH GUSTS THROUGH SUNDAY.

IMPACTS...LOOSE OBJECTS WILL BE BLOWN AROUND. DOWNED TREES AND
LIMBS MAY RESULT IN POWER OUTAGES. THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR
DAMAGE TO STRUCTURES SUCH AS ROOFS...SIDING...AND WINDOWS.

Cool story bro.
>>
>>925571
...did you atleast jerk off or eat some mushrooms?
>>
>>925610
to much shrapnel flying around.
>>
>>925711
You jerked off to much shrapnel?

I'm impressed, personally any shrapnel is too much for me to jerk off to.

OP this is dangerous as african fuck. Falling limbs and debris is a lot more hazardous than people think. Shit'll fuck you up.
>>
This board is retarded. You are all faggots. Go in the woods and kill yourselfs

I'm pretty fast.
>>
>>925571

The woods are the worst place to be with high winds.

Falling branches are arguably the most dangerous thing when /out/ when wind is around.
>>
>>925571
You know OP, they put out warnings like this for a reason: to keep people like you from getting hurt. They're not like medals to rack up or something equally brain-dead.

the fucking news is hyping the storm in california so hard

You should always get your weather forecasts directly from the NWS. They don't have money to make by spreading fear and panic.
>>
>>926862
always noaa
>always
>>
>>926869
In the US, obviously. Anywhere else use whatever is your particular government weather agency. All the commercial weather companies basically rip everything off from them and repackage it.

I loved wunderground until they sold out to the weather channel. I still use it but it makes me feel like a tool.
>>
>>926875
tagger/maintenance man warfare
>>
>>926878
Oh.

I used to entertain myself by carrying around a spray bottle of denatured alcohol with acetone and spraying the little bits of pen graffiti students left around campus, which would cause the ink to run into pretty patterns. The maintenance people were fine with it, because they would have liked to do basically the same thing, if not for workplace VOC regulations.

They do make graffiti-resistant paint though.
>>
>>926879
that's actually pretty fucking funny
wish i had someone with your humor in hs

i wonder how long these types of paints last
>>
>>926889
No, that was in my freshman year of uni. In HS they're so paranoid about stuff that if I had carried a spray bottle of anything, I probably would have gotten tackled to the ground by the school's police officer.
>>
>>926893
where the hell did you go to hs????
>>
>>926900
America.

Not gonna go into blogshit, but my brother actually later ended up actually being tackled by the police in the same school, for *sleeping in class*.

Welcome to our wonderful country.
>>
>>926903
wtf
do they just shoot you if you have to take a piss
>>
>>926908
No, but get this: they don't even allow you to carry your own epi pen in school. They are all kept at the nurse's office. Which would probably suck grizzly balls if you had an anaphylactic reaction on the other side of the building.
>>
>>926912
did they ever say why they did this?
>>
>>926903
Yeah I'm sure sleeping was all he did to warrant that
Fucking dumbass tripfag
>>
>>926913
Theoretically there's a procedure to be authorized to carry certain medications, but it's only ever given for inhalers. Epi-pens they said could be used as a weapon, and are therefore not allowed.

>>926917
No, that's literally it. He was asleep and didn't hear the officer's commands, so the cop thought he was "giving him attitude" and shoved him up against a wall. He later was forced to apologize and was removed from the school position.

I went back but followed the trail higher up. The red ribbons were from me because I kinda made the trail during last spring. Kinda neat that almost every downed tree fell on my trail.

Good thing about this is what are the odds that a tree would fall at the same place. probably the safest trail around now.
