Not from that picture alone, no.
>>

But odds are it is chalcedony AKA agate AKA chert AKA cryptocrystalline quartz.

Could make arrowheads or shit if you wanted from it, might be fun.

What does it feel like? Hard, greasy, soft? How hard is it? Can you scratch with fingernail? With penny? With steel knife? What about streak color? Use unglazed bottom of ceramic plate of coffee cup, what color does it leave, if any?

It is very smooth and will scratch from a knife
>>
>>920870
Hmmm chert and such are generally a bit harder than steel and wouldn't scratch. How easily did the knife scratch it?

There are quite a number of greenish minerals, and it's been a long time since I took mineralogy...

Thinking on it more, could be a serpentine mineral. They're common and can range in hardness, often are quite smooth even almost greasy feeling, and can be an enormous range of colors from black to brown to yellow or green. They generally have that waxy sort of luster too.
>>
Not very easily had to put lot of pressure on it to make that scratch
>>
metal scratches rock, news at 11

Might be chert. With a lot of pressure it might get scratched by a knife kind of by crushing it, not truly scratching
