When i was 16 (i'm 25 now) I got a job on a farm where I basically carried a rifle in my gator and went around moving hay and working other various jobs out in the country, and shot cans and shit on time off.
My younger brother who is fifteen was asking if there was a way he could get a job like mine, but I don't know how he can get one like I did
Basically, what are some jobs someone his age can get that requires being outside and helpingn out with shit. He thought about ranch work but those all require knowing how to ride a horse, and he can't ride. This would probably be in the summer.

I've seen plenty of ranch jobs that require no experience, even with animals (including horse riding)
Check out craiglist, I see Ada there all the time for it in my area.

Try federal parks youth jobs. They get but tloads of govt money to hire kids in the summer. probs same all year round.
