Can anyone recommend trails to hike, mountain bike rentals, snowboarding etc? I have all day tomorrow and money isn't an option (preferably don't want to spend more than 200)

I'm at the border of Washington and Oregon, near the coast

Can't tell ya much about that area. Willamette valley here. Visit the Oregon vortex. Hw20 to east Oregon brings you to sisters and some great looking trails. Willamette nf is my favorite and my home away from home.
you could go mushroom hunting. fall + oregon= tons of cool mushrooms

I used to live in Portland, run 26 out to logging land and you can go exploring/fishing/camping. You don't even need 4wd, just watch out for logging trucks and stay away from places they're actively logging.

Assisted suicide is legal there.

>go to Portland
>go to hardware store
>buy 10lb sledge hammer
>find overpriced coffee shop
>smash hipsters with sledge hammer
No better way to spend your day off

Go hike some waterfall paths and check out OSU's research forest. Also, Baskett Slough has a great lookout took make out on while looking at waterfowl covered sloughs
For mountain biking
Ashland for gnarlier stuff
Oakridge for flowy natural, but wide and fast trails
Bend for a mix of XC, natural tech singletrack but nothing too crazy, and some jump trails
All of them have bike rentals and shuttles
