We had some good knife threads the first couple of years, I wonder if anyone is left. I want to get into it but haven't done more than reprofile the tip on a broken chef's knife as yet.

Thats about all i have done so far file look and see if its flush
rinse and repeat lol

I'd recommend buying some annealed O1 off Amazon just to see if you like it.
I made my first knife with it, from there on you can decide where you want to go. I've taken to forging, it's more fun for me personally
