I spear hunt frequently on my lands. It is an absolute myth that it takes a while to become proficient- humans have been spear hunting for millenia. How long has anyone here truly practiced with a spear? I spent a few hours every day and have reasonable ability. I often times enjoy squirrel, chipmunk and the ocassional ground hog (although those you can club).
