So I'm thinking the claps and taps are irrelevant. I think how many words the person says after they do the claps and stuff is the answer to how many horses there are. So the guy said "Clapped 3 horses" which is 3 words.
Make sense?

My guess is that the stuff after the clapping is irrelevant and that when he clapped it was the same number of syllables and rhythm as the phrase "three horses"

my scout troop played a game like this.
the claps are most likely indeed irrelevant.
the "clapper" is doing something once he is done with his 'show' that will tell whoever knows the trick the answer.
Or somebody in your group was feeding a number amount to the "clapper" as he did the little show. Even if you copied him perfectly in doing the claps the answer would always be different.
if you ever play again watch what he does with his hands after and before they clap. If the clapper doesn't seem to be doing anything. watch what the clapper is looking at. I would bet someone is telling him a number somehow.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
