Should I remove teeth, do this process, then put them back in? Or will the peroxide work it's way in?

if you can remove the teef without damaging anything definitely do that and soak them in a dish seperately. i did this process with a coyote skull once and used bleach. the bleach is nice because it's so antiseptic but it actually didn't do much in terms of bleaching. i hear peroxide is better on bone.

H2O2 works great, but you will most likely get arrested if you try to buy a gallon of 90%

Don't use bleach, it fucks up the bone structure. Don't use vinegar or any acid, don't boil bones either.
Peroxyde is the way to go. It whiten the bone and dissolves the grease.
