It's a pretty physically intense job in the summer. Had a heat stroke a few days ago, large commercial jobs are the worst
Used to sell gold plots up in the yukon. Got 5% sales commision. 54 bucks an hour and had food and housing paid for. Also got to fly a helicopter around all day.

Its almost always students who are laborers in my area, cost of living is too high to support a family on that wage
