looks great.
keep it moist, not soggy. all the water you put must drain through the pot and the excess should leave through the holes of the pot.

keep it in a place with lots of light until you are sure it can take up on direct sunlight. since we don't know your area and we don't know the temperature we can't tell much.

general rule : new growth (leaves,shoots,sprouts etc) it 's a sign that everything is doing fine.
