You could use the actual map builder by the NPS. Works similar to ArcMap and you can make some handy maps on your own without any of the bullshit you don't need.

Does anyone have the map to the locations of inner earth?
I live litteraly 10 miles south of the big thicket. Its nice to camp and hike in the winter, but in summer the humidity is usually 80-100% @ 90 degrees, making it damn near impossible.

I work in a state library and I have access to fishing population maps for just about every lake in my state. It's really helpful for finding good spots
