I didn't even think about ticks since we don't have them where I'm from. Do I have the Lyme?

That is not a tick bite. Most likely a spider or mosquito. A tick bite would be purple.

It takes about 2 days for a tick to feed up, at the end it looks like a big grain of rice (size and color). I believe you would have noticed that on your foot.
The red area appears 3 weeks after the bite, can be at a different place and is 2/3 x bigger.
Note that is only appears in 1/3 of the case (2/3 of lyme infections didn't have the RROD)

might want to see a doctor about it. I pulled a tick from my leg a month back, and doctors will be very understanding if you ask them about it.
Better safe, than sorry.
Looks like a mosquito bite to me. Almost certainly not a tick bite though.

No. You don't have a tick bite. If I had worry about every bite I ever got giving me Lyme I would have shot myself years ago.
Alright, thanks for your responses everyone, you've put my mind at ease
