Hey /out/, I'm looking to get a new pack, preferably 65-85L. Whilst browsing the internet I found several "Teton Sports" backpacks that run relatively cheap and scored well on Amazon.
I'm skeptical because I've never heard of the brand and it seems too cheap. Does anyone have any experience with the brand? Pic related is a 65L bag that runs for $60 CAD.
don't get the biggest one, i have the mid sized one, the "3400" I used it for almost a year of hitchhiking and its held up great! I highly recommend it, it's actually a really high quality pack.

Good to hear. I'm looking at the second and third largest ones, which are 75+10L and 65L.

I've got the 3400, not terrible but I'm not going to stay in it for long. Doesn't really fit my torso and others have also reported it being small for them.

I've got the one in your pic OP. It's cheap because it's heavier than an expensive pack of similar dimensions, but I've found it to be comfortable enough. Apparently some people have problems with the zippers, but none of mine have given be any problems. I've had it 2 years and taken in on probably 12 trips. It's held up just fine.

I got the Scout3400. Best price quality, durable and kind of waterproof (it fell into a river to a friend of mine and after he quickly grabbed it was mostly fine).
Not very good accessibility to main pocket, I would add a side zipper, but it can carry everything you need innawoods for a week without a problem.

I bought their orange self inflating pillow.
Taking it on the AT with me in a few days.
Was a little bit of a pain in the ass to roll up.
My brother has the Hiker 3700 pack. He likes it. It seems well built, and looks nice. He doesn't have a lot of miles on it.
I have one of their 40 degree bags. It's rectangular with a hood. It's really just a fleece blanket with a nylon shell, but it's great when it's hot out and I just need a cover. I wouldn't trust it to 40 degrees, more like 50 at best. Most their bags are a little over rated for temp. Add 10 degrees to any of their ratings.
My brother also has a Teton bag, the 20 deg one. Think it's called the trailhead. He used it at 38 degrees and was plenty warm enough, and he sleeps super cold. Again seems built well enough. I've been pretty impressed with their stuff for the price.
