I feel like this is a pretty /out/ state if you don't have the misfortune of living in little Mohadishu.
Beltrami county here.

Don't live there but about to go visit Voyageur's.
Flatter than a piece of paper up there but you people have good fishing and a lots of space with only trees. Hope I don't get drunk, catch up all your fish and burn down your woods.

Yeah up in my county it's essentially
>small ass towns
>one sorta okay size town
>woods
>woods
>woods
>lakes
>woods
It's pretty nice. I went hunting last year out in Turtle River and it was fairly pretty. To be honest I only "saw" two grouse but had no chance of hitting either.
Polk county here. Actually doing an over night with a friend in itasca this Thursday night. Any cool shit up in Beltrami county?

Eh. Not to my knowledge really. I've only lived here a couple years and I don't go out do much. Prefer to go innawoods when I'm out. It's cheaper.

You should check out Missing 411 by David Paulides. He highlights some missing persons cases in your county ha. Also, check out Boundary Waters by Duluth. It's the best place in MN in my opinion
Beltrami here as well, though I am spending my summer all along the Canadian border for work doing various things. There are plenty of state forests around and especially to the east, such as the George Washington State Forest. Biggest attraction is the BWCA and the majority of my summer should be canoeing and fishing around there. I would like to hike the Superior Hiking Trail but I might not have enough time this summer.
I spend my whole summer /out/ so I am a hermit during the winter. Plenty of winter activities but I'm not too big into them.

Legit question.
Know any good public access shoreline fishing spots in or within 30 or so minutes of Bemidji?

I wish I knew. I really only fish when I am canoeing around
Aitkin/Isanti county here. Anybody catching fish?
