Hi fellow /out/ers. I want to do something fun for my birthday this year so I thought I'd take a minimalistic survival training class. The program I'm currently looking at is 3 days 2 nights and costs $375. I've done plenty of primitive camping before, but never without a tent or food reserves. I'm wondering if you guys have ever participated in a wilderness class, and if so what was your experience like? Also, anyone know of programs like this, but for hunting. I'm in the South Florida area.

Primitive camping is no-frills camping. No tent (you are forced to make shelter with whatever is around you), no food, no electricity or bathroom facilities available.
