Where will you go? I'm in the USA and I don't think we're much better off than the UK or Western Europe. There are some nice countries in Central America and East Asia still but their long term stability is questionable and there's really no way to earn much money there so you'd have to be moderately wealthy before you moved there. Some of the Eastern European countries also seem alright but I'm not sure how long they'd hold out if Western Europe goes down the shitter.

I sometimes can be found /out/ with my mom who was once my dad. She does not pass though and OMG, does she ever clear out the nudist hotsprings fast. It's amazing. I love hotsprings with her. It'll go from totally crowded to almost empty within minutes. Always hike with your elderly trans parent!
>>751996
Well if you got a friend who willing to come along, you can manage pretty much everything. Also dont do it on summer, spring or fall is best time. I saw a Turk doing trail alone but he was experienced.
And this part is important, if you decide to go lycan way, dont listen anybody on trail. Fucking local people always going to say like "oh visit this place, oh dont miss those ruins, oh you should definitely go saklıkent etc", most of those places are shit and tourist traps.
Didnt heard Evliya Çelebi Yolu before but it looks awesome, maybe i can do it with bike.
>>752004
unfortunately i don't have any friends who like outdoors activities.
I hate hot weather so I'd prefer fall, if i can find free time. How many days would it take to complete the path, on average?
28/m/germany
>>752005
It depends on how fast you walk or what you aiming for. If you aim to finish fast as possible, you can finish around 2 weeks. But if you want to enjoy coves, sea or chilling around (for me its best choice) you can manage around a month. But you dont have to finish all trail, i mean you can do it 3-4 day or one week first and get some experience. Just start on Fethiye and end on Karadere. (Fethiye part is little bit hard if you gonna do it alone cuz paths are hard and you can actually die on way if you not very good with walking, some people die on way back in time actually). You can start on Antalya part, its easier but not much fun.
Also its sucks you dont have any friends.

i recognise the name of every country in the world and i know no other country's citizens would see a thread with an op naming his country and think to themselves that naming their state is a good idea
comminication was successful because americans expect everyone else to do more work and identify their country not by naming it but by naming a smaller part
now that i think about it the reason is probbaly because they don't want to admit to being american
if they say they're from a specific part they can deny being from the shitty parts of their country and say it's "other" people making the country shit because everyone near them is cool
no one else is as ashamed of their country as americans yet they're the first to cheer for themselves and celebrate being the greatest
someone asks me where i'm from i name my country, not because i think it's the greatest but because it's the truth and i'm not embarrassed that it isn't the greatest country on god's green earth

>>752886
that's the thing tho all the americans don't say they're from america because they think where they're from is the only place that matters and the rest of the country isn't worth exploring
you can tell this by the nearly constant "which state is most /out/" threads where americans give reason after reason for staying where they are and not exploring the rest of the country
fact is you guys give your state and not your country because you don't want to explore
you've found a little space where you feel comfortable and exploration is scary
>>752890
Pretty much
>>752896
Yup, that's not how it works at all. It's easy enough to drive across the country (thanks to glorious Eisenhower), and you see quite a bit doing so. There is also a huge difference between New Mexico and New Hampshire. And a lot of space between those two. It's definitely worth noting what state an anon is from. 2 anons from opposite ends of England whill have a really similar night bag. Anon from Maine's bag will look nothing like Anon from Hawaii's bag.

What's Wisconsin like bro? I hear cost of living is cheap and there seems to be lots of /out/ related stuff to do there. I'm in Oklahoma and it kind of sucks for most things, but it is cheap and family is here. I mean fuck Wisconsin has snowboarding too and I wouldn't have to be around Colorado hippies. How do you like living up there anon?
>>753040
Not the poster, but someone who also lives in Wisconsin. Snowboarding is alright here. I definitely prefer the rockies, but it's just OK here.
Cost of living is pretty cheap, low taxes for pretty much everything. Beer is good.
Lots of great /out/ stuff here, in Minnesota, and Michigan. I love canoeing on the St. Croix river in the summer, and there's good fishing EVERYWHERE.
Major downsides to Wisconsin are unemployment, and loads of trailer trash meth heads in the boonies.
On Wisconsin!
>>753048
That sounds amazing. Plenty of meth head crazies around Oklahoma so nothing too shocking there. What're the people like over there? I feel like most people in Oklahoma are pretty friendly, but there are plenty of bored young people with poor attitudes too. I'm starting to slip into that mindset and wouldn't mind moving somewhere fresh and exciting in the near future.
>>753066
People are definitely friendly here, everyone has a really laid back attitude about everything. Drinking a lot definitely helps with that. Don't live in Wisconsin if you don't like to drink, you might find it hard to socialize.
If you're looking for a state to live in that really captures a "big-city" feel with easily accessible nature, Wisconsin and Minnesota are great. I lived in Madison for 5 years (college) and had a blast. Lived in Minneapolis for 3 years, loved it there too. Now back in Wisconsin for a while. Minneapolis is 100% a great place for a fresh start. Madison is a great place to live when you're young and in school.
Are you looking for a small town environment, or a big city environment? How old are you?
>>753073
23. I'm originally from a small town in Arkansas but have been living the city life for awhile. I want to get that small town feel back. The city is alright for convenience sake but I don't like feeling stuck with no noteworthy nature around for at least an hour drive. I grew up with the Ouachita national forest in my backyard as a lad. I'm in Oklahoma City now.
