He worst part about MTB is the amount of soft plastics they give you. I don't have much use for most of these a majority of the year and am wondering if you guys have any tips on organization of them so I don't have to just jam them all in the pocket on top of my tackle box

I used a Dremel to cut out sections of 3700 boxes so the bags fit better. Sharp razor blade would also work.
But that box has long since overflowed so I just throw them into the pocket of my bag now. I would just combine them into lesser bags but at least with PowerBait, the colors can bleed into eachother.

There's also the binders I was talking about earlier in the other threads...
Still curious how well those baggies seal and hold up to some of the chemicals in soft baits that like to eat through other plastics.
