What would /out/ do?
depends, are you gonna kill yourself at the end of the roadtrip or are you gonna integrate into society afterwards again?
>>643657
Integrate. I've been in the 'Wild' for 8 days max so far and even if I extrapolate the time it took me to reintegrate then, onto several months of wilderness, it shouldn't take more than a week.

4000€ should get you around quite comfortably, stick to cheap discounter markets for food supplies and you're golden. just try not to freeze during the winter. and try not to get killed by romaing bands of kebabs on your hikes
>>643654
I'd go do what I wanted to do, not go ask 4chan for any advice.
>>643654
Walk from Lands End to John O'Groats desu
Not sell the gold, for starters
>>643654
Gee, I don't know OP. Maybe hike the highlands and Norway?
>>643654
Here's one : don't sell your gold.
Is it jew gold? Or are you one of those moderate Muslim terrorists invaders?
>>643692
Obviously I'm not gonna do what I want to do. I'm just looking for inspiration, maybe people will have some good ideas.

This path seems highly dominated by towns, cities and roads. What I seek are sites without any sign of humans as far as the eye can see.

Well if I sold it now I'd make a profit of about 20% from when I bought it, as soon as my new job starts I'll safe that amount up within months without having any time to spent it.

keep the gold for the future.
4000€ is more than enough to live until April innawoods if you have your gear ready
>>643654
we've been having trouble finding people to work in banff, lake louise, and jasper apparently here in Alberta Canada. Maybe you could look into a working holiday over the winter over here. It's beautiful out there.
>>644553
All these places are absolutely beautiful! You find a lot when you google for 'holiday jobs' in those areas, any site/job you'd recommend where you spent a lot of time outdoors while working?

Travel to Peru (South America).
Hike through the Andes.

There are areas where the next village is two (or even more) day hikes away.
