Idk, I feel like being able to go /out/ somewhere not littered with trash is not too much to ask. Just lowering your expectations is only good if your expectations are unreasonable. Unfortunately the US has been lowering the bar on things for decades so what can you expect.

If we all expect China tier environmental quality I guess just a little trash would be a fantastic site to see when going /out/.
