Besides the obvious firekit/waterkit/sleep+shelterkit/food+cookkit/medkit/memeknife, I think I would bring some money for saltwater taffy and a ball-peen hammer.

A first aid kit would be good too.

First aid, bug spray, shelter, water, food, cordage to catch food. Maybe a rifle or pellet gun for small game, pots, pans, spices, potatoes, carrots, if you get a rabbit or squirrelly make a stew, a fixed blade quality blade 4-4.5in. Lots of ways to start a fire, maybe a propane grill.
