Who here going /out/ for the meteors?
Me I'm going up to the local mountains now to set up a little camp for the weekend. Good luck getting a good glimpse of it guys
I wanted to watch the meteors but the weather thought "nah, fuck it I'm playing october!" So now we have heavy clouds and it's been raining nonstop for the last two days and will stay that way for at least one or two more days.

i live innawoods, so assuming the clouds cooperate, i'm just going up on the roof. but it's unfortunate that a 3/4 moon rises around 11 pm on the 12th, so the peak part of the night for meteors will have a lot of light.

ended up on roof from about 11 to 12. mountains hid the moon the whole time. saw 3 big ones and half a dozen small ones. pretty quiet display this year, but still pleasant.
