I run a trapline. I sit inside and drink during the summer, avoiding bugs and heat. I start scouting once the heat breaks in September, prepare my gear in early October, deer hunt at the end of the month, grouse hunt until mid november, then trap till Feb or so. Far more time spent outside in the fall/ winter than any other time
