What is this knot and how do I do it

You can't copy the basic fucking knot on the other side? Maybe you shouldn't be around a hammock, you might accidentally lynch yourself.

looks like 2 knots. a bowline and a regular knot made of both rope ends.

anyways, here's my advice: get a bigger carbine hook and use it as substitute for the rope.
use them upside down, so you have the big part were your hammock is and the small part to attach it.

Fishermans' Knot to bind the two ends together, make the loop as small as possible, cut off as much as possible and make sure to melt the ends so it doesn't fray.

And get yourself some loop straps so you don't have to tie knots to a tree.
