Lake Louise is decent as long as you start really early or really late on week days to avoid crowds. You can connect the 2 main trail and make it a loop.
No gear required, probably the least /out trail you can do but still pretty good views.

OR you can also simple walk more than 500 meters away from the hotel and it's also relatively OK, crowdwise (coming from an Euro perspective, though.)
I would really suggest to "do" lake Louise.
Just the sheer absurdity of the whole thing makes it really worth it.
