Honestly I have been cutting back the past couple months. Or at least trying. I got some Zyban and shit helps with the physical cravings but the mental part is still hard. When I'm driving or bored, I don't know what to do with my left hand.

Unless you know them really well don't take advice from baby boomers.
They will go off on some rant about how they went camping sometime or how "glamping" is great.
