There was a thread a couple days ago talking about it, just to say that Jornet won with a dislocated shoulder.
>The Hardrock 100 Endurance Race is a revered event. The mountainous trail race crosses 100.5 miles of rugged Rocky Mountain terrain near Silverton, Colo. Runners must cross 13 major passes from 12,000′ to 13,000′.
>Jornet finished in 24:32:22, his fourth-straight Hardrock win, and he did it with an injured, apparently dislocated shoulder. He ran with the injury for nearly 60 grueling miles.

What's with the extra half mile? Why not just make it an even 100?
I'd be impressed with Jornet's win if he had had a blown ACL Or something like that. A dislocated shoulder isn't gonna affect your running ability.

When you pick a route for a trail run, you work with where the trails start and end. Unlike a run on streets or a track, you can't easily pick absolutely any distance you want.

Have you ever ran even once in your life? Your shoulders move 3-5 inches every damn step you take maybe even more. What he did was extremely painful.
