Folgers instant coffee grounds and cream/sugar packets.

Not as good as regular but it's easy and does the trick.

My father, God bless his car camping soul, bought a pour-over pot for camping. I'd never carry a big glass bulb on a hiking trip, but it was the best damn coffee I've ever tasted.
