Kill males on these months to have the least amount of hormonal taint. With any kill, the more instant the kill happens the less stress/muscle waste chemicals will be in the blood. Brain death is best way to prevent that.

Human babies taste like garbage, theyre basically way fucking over tender. Not to mention 90% of the cuts are fat. Theyre useful if youre doing a broth, but its damn near impossible to get any use out of them besides that. The marrows good though.
Anyways porkballs are pretty nice, they end up with just the right amount of bite and the gamey taste is pretty much non existant with the sweet tangy sauce, or bbq sauce. Although do note, you have to be real fucking observant when cutting the silverskin, a single fibre of sinew will ruin the ball.
