What kind of insoles does /out/ use with their shoes/boots?

seconding the Green, with a slight trim to fit my Vasques they're incredible

I only had one pair of boots that finally became uncomfortable after years on the job every day...I ended up grabbing a set of Dr Scholls gel inserts or something at wally world, it made quite the difference. So if your footwear is uncomfortable, probably anything would be an improvement. I have heard good things about green superfeet also.
