Any PA Anons? Thinking of taking my first camping trip up at susquehannock state forest. Never been camping but wanna try a two week off trail 'primitive' trip at the end of the month. Anyone make this forest their /out/ space of choice? Any reccomendations for a beginner? Or other good resources and general PA camping stories.
Also feel free to post your favorite state forests!

Kettle creek is nice also stop by hyner view state park while youre there it's worth it
The Loyalsock State forest with the Loyalsock Trail is my go to. It's a pretty tough trail at times, but it's great. Passes through Worlds End State Park which is nice.
If you're in the Susquehannock State Forest, hit up the Hammersley Wild area and hike to the Hammersley pool and take a swim.
Who /Bedford/ here?
