Complete and utter meme, except for maybe a couple of really expensive quality made ones. Mainly used for mall ninja style sausage cutting and showing off infront of other chavs. I bought one really really cheap a couple years ago and keep it in my flat for possible intruders, because I wouldnt feel bad ditching it in a lake.

the only good thing to evolve from switchblades. fits snugly in your pocket without catching lint. lightweight and can be taken on any backpacking trip. my hair always looks good in the field and on the trail.

Like others have said, if you want a solid one you're paying $200+ usd. All you really get out of that is a slightly more convenient opening.
