Does anybody take part in /out/ activities that require you to look a little smarter?
What do you wear?
>how 2 b a country gent pls?
If you have to ask; you won't be one
Even if you acquire the capital to join; you'll just be nouveau riche

Golf and partridge shoots.
I wear golf pants and a polo to both.

The old wealth is long gone my friend.
The aristicracy is a dead end.

>mfw my senpai owns huuuge...tracts of land
>>1040422
My family owned huge tracts of land too.
No titles, but proper old money haute bourgeois.
My Grandfather sold most of the lands and pissed all the money away drinking and gambling - the equivalent of almost 30 million US$.
And now my Grandmother who has zero income, idly holds whatever is left, still clinging to fur coats, old Mercedes, a crumbling mansion, and delusions of years gone by.
Desperately still believing blocks of stacked granite, and patches of neglected dirt wield the authority they once did.
Not an uncommon story by any means.
Almost every single plantation in the US ended this way.
Same for the thousands of castles and chateaus, and villas in France and Italy.
A year ago I found a private bank willing to mortgage the estate with an interest only loan, then and an owner of a profitable business that wanted to retire and agreed to self finance the rest.
When I brought this up, it ended with my defacto excommunication.
I will forever be bitter about it.

I thoroughly enjoy going golfing in ragged hunting clothes while i get drunk as absolute fuck
Being trashy on purpose at classy places is always better than being classy

who said the aristocracy is dead???
>>1042583
Pretty much describes the Aristocracy to a T tbqh.
>hunting dress all the time
>never without pint in hand
>Land Rover Defender from 1986 (with COUNTY) decals
>frightfully dismissive of fancy dressed "Nouveau Riche"

Life is suffering.

top fucking lel
I've seen a newer Discovery that had bumpers "stitched" with baling wire.
No need to take any guesses about what kind of guy the driver was.
>>1042648
That's how military uniforms work too
>>1042841
I mean, it's not like I dislike it; I'd be decked out in filson if I had the money. But it really makes you wonder what's happening to fashion when even the simplest designs from the past seem so appealing to us.
>>1042904
It's not fashion, it's you.
You see value in the utility of clothing.
>>1040318
I you have to think about wearing the smart attire the ones who do it naturally will see straight through your disguise.
>>1040330
Have you ever encountered a partridge in a pantry?
>>1042775
I'm super fucking bristled right now. One of the shepherds here has the same thing on his L200. That's bad but on a fucking Disco?! Anon I...
