I live in New Hampshire and the woods near my house are low elevation next to a stream and gets semi flooded every year, is it possible for me to make a path or should I go back to playing Minecraft? Parts are above flooding and boards are a possibility, family has house on Cape Cod and they have paths in marsh so IK it's possible, just don't know how do able it would be.
If you mean like an elevated wooden walkway then that is entirely possible, just a matter of how much money you are willing to spend. /diy/ would be a better place to get help building it though.

Where in NH, fellow Live Free or Dyer?

Here in florida. What they do is I think is use sorta like a galvanized fence post type steel tubing embedded into a concrete footing. For the first like 4 feet into the swamp. And the rest is treated lumber. Or fancy hardwood decking.
Now you can do this pretty easily if you're talking just a foot path. You just need some planks. Some cinder blocks actual fence post. And a few bags of concrete. You will need about 1 cinder block and 1 bag of concrete per "leg" support. You could skip the cinder blocks but then you would need to carry around some wooden forms per support leg. A drill with a boring bit that has the same diameter as the fence post. So you can create little channels into the wooden supports. Ill get you a pic related in a second.

"techically" its not embedded into the ground or nothin, its floating technically.. pic related is 20 feet of walk way.
Me and a few friends collected the materials to build one 720 feet across a swampy land + a 5 foot wide creek at about 6 foot deep during high water. we didn't own either.. we only managed to collect half of the needed materials and just ended up building just the pic related over the creek, still there as far as I know.. no signs of rot. can easily get a dirtbike over it. it has some structural issues as far as lots of weight goes, but for foot traffic not an issue at all.

Just nail some pallets together like duckboards.
Cedar bogwalk is the easiest solution for places where gravel causeway isn't an option. Pic related; I built it for my work a couple seasons ago. They're economical, fast, and have minimal impact on wetlands.
Maybe you have some cedars you can mill in half the long way, otherwise I'm sure you can buy these things where you are. Has to be cedar of course so it'll last.
For the supports it's just a simple PT lincoln-log type structure.
