Show me your caffeine vessels, /out/. I recently got my new favourite. I'm carving a kuksa right now, but I still think this is cooler.

I'm rockin' a 52oz Bubba Mug as of now, but that's for water. I'd probably die if I drank that much coffee.
Here's my coffee/tea goblet I had painted at the rainbow gathering in exchange for two cigarettes at the trade circle

The more I hear about the Rainbow Gathering, the more I wanna go. More out of some weird sense of morbid curiosity that will specify what I'm disgusted at than actually wanting to be there.
my cups
>>1024034
is it enamel? dang dude thats a sweet cup
>>1024034
The typical white enamel cup with blue edge can't be beaten.
I once had a sweet enamel cup. was not too big and not too little. just perfect for boil in bag rice.
Saw one in the shape of gernade, even with a pin , dont want to deal with TSA over this on my trip.
>>1024034
It's graduated in the inside too. Pic may or may not be sideways.
This snow peak double walled titanium thing. I feel like an asshole but it works so well
just your standard kinda cup i guess
i want to make some kinda fuckboi wood one but im not sure id be able to
and i think buying one defeats the object
Boiling water for some tea
Nothing beats my steel Gsi cup, I can tie it to my bag and not worry about it breaking. Coffee gets cold FAST though

big config
So what exactly is the benefit of an enamel cup. Beyond hipster virtue signaling, I mean.

It's probably the propensity for people that participate in them to be really strange people
>>1026308
Hey, I'm pretty weird myself. I think it's the specific kind of neo Marxist, new age weird that permeates it that bothers me.
>>1025740
Light, cheap and durable.
Anybody use the nesting steel GSI cups that fit over a nalgene bottle?
>>1026306
You, sir or ma'am are rude and not familiar with mate' culture. Back to pol with you
>>1027323
I assume by your sad attempt at a faggy accent that you meant matè.
Regardless, I wouldn't even so much as gargle period blood out of one of those.

>putting enamel on a heat source
>>1027323
Interesting contrast of adhesive application styles there.
Guy who built the goblet on the right was clearly from "the bigger the gob the better the job" school of thought, while Lefty took a measured approach.

Enamel?
That appears to be an entirely untreated tree branch round. The dipshits who sliced it off couldn't even be bothered to, or more likely didn't have the knowledge to, season the wood in a way the prevented checking.
>>1027674
...did you actually read the post I was replying to?
>frysquint.jpg
Personally I really like my chunky plastic stanley nesting cups. Comfy as hell.
>tfw pleb
>>1027666
Why would you do that AT ALL? Do your trips speak the truth? Are you... Satan?
>>1024034
Never thought I'd be jealous of a cup with Moomin characters on it.
>>1025740
No benefit, some say strong durable cheap or whatever, all adjectives you could apply to a steel cup. Steel is better.
But steel cups don't show what a cool unique super cool different individual you are. You can get enamel cups in different patterns to match your shemagh and zombie apocalypse machete when you're surviving innawoods overnight a full 3 miles away from civilisation. Hardcore survival needs a hardcore enamel cup.

Maybe its just me, but this is a very comfy image..the twigs, snow, steaming noodles...mmmm
>>1027719
They're really good at keeping my coffee warm, but I ditched them bc they weigh like 4 lbs each. Still though, Stanley cook pot may be the unofficial official cookware of /out/ , they're hard to beat.
I gotta say, the drink through lid on my jetboil is awesome for instant coffee in the mornings.
