WAIT!!!! IDEA!!!!!

>get trampoline the same square area as your tent
>set up trampoline at campsite
>place tent on top of trampoline and lash it into place

•No more spiders under your tent waking you up in them middle of the night (big thing where I live).
•No more worry about being in a low spot when it rains.
•Possibly interesting sex.
•No more problems with potholes, rocks, or tree roots under tent.

What does out think? Mitebgud for car camping/festival camping.
>>
And all i have to do is carry a 150 lb giant peice of metal on my back? sweet.

>car camping/festival camping.

I actually did this as a kid at home on our bigass trampoline. The poles scratched the shit out of the trampoline but it was still a fun time.

gtfo of Austrailia my dude
>No more worry about being in a low spot when it rains.
fucking just look around you dude before putting up your tent
>Possibly interesting sex.
he has never had sex on a trampoline. its honestly not very good, unpredictable. uncontrollable, dick flopping out and going full force into the thigh hurts man, sort of kills the mood
>No more problems with potholes, rocks, or tree roots under tent.
this is what your airmat is for brother

>What does out think? Mitebgud for car camping/festival camping.

>Be OP
>Go car camping in horrible spider infested frying pan that is Australia
>Extra weight of the trampoline pulls the back of your ute towards the ground
>Doing a wheelie the entire way to the campsite
>Arrive at campsite
>"BLOIMEY, I RECKON TS'ABOUT TOIME TO PUT SOME SHRIMP ON THA BARBEY"
>Spend evening setting up homemade trampoline tent while grilling shrimp
>Come nightfall, the Trampo-Tent™ is ready for action
>Climbing into Trampo-Tent™ causes much bouncing
>Climbing into sleeping bag causes much bouncing
>Rolling over in sleeping bag causes much bouncing
>Spend entire night traveling between 1,090ft and 1,095ft above sea level
>Wake up, your body has accustomed itself to trampoline physics so you now have "sea legs"
>Step on solid ground
>Promptly wobble and fall over
>Immediately die of spider bites
>And get fried by the sun
>And punched by a kangaroo
>And speared by an abo
Sounds like a solid idea.

Since I never saw or heard of those before I'm inclined to agree. Seems like a few people ITT are BTFO now. Thanks!

LOST

You don't like being outdoors or camping, why fool yourself?
>>
>>1023265
Looks like that plus 14 feet round trampoline would cost just under $400. You could store gear under it too.
>>
I've slept on the trampoline in my backyard dozens of times growing up and occasionally still do. Have done it with a tent once or twice but I live in AZ so it rarely rains. The air gap will make you cold in Winter

You shelter is just a wind break. The air inside is a very marginal for thermal mass. What keeps you warm is your gear (sleeping bag, blanket, foam, etc).

Are you specifically wanting to bounce, or do you just want to get off the ground? Because there are far simpler ways of doing that than a fucking trampoline.
>>
>>1023264
Keks caused much bouncing
>>
>>1023938
If you are going to say use a hammock then you'd need to bring your own poles to set it up at most festivals. Those are usually just big open fields with designated camping spots at the very most.
>>
>>1023969
As opposed to bringing the entire frame for a trampoline? Two wooden posts and a sledgehammer seems easier.
>>
>>1023264
>Spend entire night traveling between 1,090ft and 1,095ft above sea level

Slain.
>>
>>1023264
Holy shit anon that was great :'^)

>Extra weight of the trampoline pulls the back of your ute towards the ground
>Doing a wheelie the entire way to the campsite

Already lost my sides there
>>
Hammock takes care of most of those problems
>>
>>1023969
How about a fucking cot?
Has nobody heard of a cot on this board???

>>1025713
>>1025725
Thanks, anons. Didn't think my greentext was that funny, but I'm not gonna complain about getting compliments!
