Well, this is obviously targeted towards soccermoms and kids camping in the yard.

If you are outside that demographic, why care?

I have a sort of cringe /out/ story

When I was 16, myself and a group of friends went to the local Forrest camping. One of our friends in the group brought along his obese friend which I was fine with because the more people the better and I thought it was a good thing getting his computer addict friend /out/. However I don't know why he came along from the get go, complaining that we were hiking for hours to the location, complaining it was too hot, not joining in on banter and not liking our music. I totally understand that people can be very shy around new groups so I was always being polite with him and treating him as a friend and getting to know him better.
It wasn't even midnight and he went into his tent while the rest of us sat around the campfire, his tent collapsed on him and he is 200-300lbs the tarp formed a odd cocoon around his fat and he stayed like that till the next day. We didn't get any sleep I went to wake him up and pulled back the tarp to a strong smell of BO and a pool of sweat and pringles.
We never invited him again.

this is for women forced to car camp cause they are at a music festival. honestly if you already have that floor shit its not the worst idea if youre at a festival. the pool float air matress is kinda a good idea too if you are last minute and flat broke. the pool noodles and candle wax are just filler

Some good tips in this video for children and first time campers.

The door mat idea is totally unnecessary. Just sit down in the doorwar of your tent and remove your shoes if they are dirty. Even if you get some dirt on the inside easily wipes off with some TP or a tissue.
