Just bought this bad boy, I can now drive to work for free.
What's /o/'s opinion on this sporty hybrid?
Was it a good buy?

Who pays for your electricity?
>paying BMW money for a fancy e-Golf

Me, it's cheaper than gas though, that's for sure.
>>17881497
e-golf is pure electric though, this is a plug in hybrid.

Golf GTE then.
>sporty hybrid
AYY LMAO
Friendly reminder than when you run out of electricity the 1.4 tsi engine will have to work without the torque from the electric engine while carrying the extra 100 kg of the battery pack, all of this with high fuel consumptions.
If you wanted a real hybrid you could've tried a Lexus CT...

In hybrid hold mode the battery hasn't run flat on me yet, drove 390 km yesterday with it.
It stays on the last two bars by it getting charged with breaking.
Also I'm not a burger, so Lexus isn't common at all here, and the golf gte is boring af to look at.

But that looks like a base level 1.2 tsi A3...

I think it looks cool as fuck
