Very much so. I'm from the San Fernando Valley area and I kind of hate it here. I want to move but I live with my parents and don't have much money at the moment. Shit driving roads, shit car culture, shit winter, etc. Fuck me

I hardly leave the city which is where all of those roads are. They're great if you want to go fast in a straight line but that's about it. Plus, a lot of them aren't maintained very well so expect wavy, bumpy ass roads. The winters are harsh as shit and your car gets rusty. My car was fucked in a hail storm and the intake sucked in dirt because I was I initially living in a place where I had to drive up a dirt road to get there. Most car meets consist of Subaru and Honda drivers sitting in the mall parking lot vaping and sucking each other's dicks. Only good part about it is no emissions requirements, but that never really mattered in LA as long as you didn't have a CEL, smog guys wouldn't say shit.

It was pretty bad yesterday morning. You could visibly see the haze right in front of you just walking on the street. Luckily some rain came in yesterday and cleared out most of it.
