When i drive a car and when i have to turn somewhere i slow down and that light is blinking fast and when i speed up it's gone. Sometimes when i drive at 60 km/h 37mp/h it's on for 2 sec and it's gone. Can you guys somehow help me out ?

First, check whether the handbrake switch for the light isn't shorting out when it doesn't need to.
Most probably it isn't that, so you should avoid any situation where you need to brake hard as this is the check brakes light and you might have numerous brake related problems.
