So recently my 07 civic ex has had a lot of trouble getting into gear on cold starts in the morning. It usually goes away as the clutch is used and the car warms but sometimes not. It wasnt too bad but the last couple of days it has grinded 3rd twice and 2nd once while i had my foot on the clutch. What the fuck O do i need a new clutch? Mine is bretty old.

You need to replace your transmission fluid, or add some at the very least.

Slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, clutch hose, new fluid.

Check your clutch cylinder, if it's low fill it, if that doesn't fix it then yeah, prolly need a new clutch.
