If you aren't getting one of the quicker Fiesta models (ST, Zetec S etc) then you'll probably get better driving out of the Mazda. That said, even the boggo Fiesta isn't bad to drive even if they are slow

Fiesta owner. Get the ford if you want to have the radiator fans break and make ypu blow a head gasket. And transmissions. And struggle uphill. 43 mpg (60 mph) is what my computer says.
