I have a 2000 Camry LE. Right now it has 205/65/r15 Tires. What ill effects will i suffer from maybe going all the way up to 215/70/r15?

Ever so slightly bigger sidewall. A centimeter wider. Technically increased grip and softer ride. The downside would be higher weight and more drag at cruising speed.
