Anybody else love bench seats? They're just so damn cozy looking.

I prefer bucket seats. It's like a rigid 6'4" buff dude holding on to you as you do a squat max. You just feel secure and supported as you go around a bend, feeling every bump and contour of the road.

My ass loves a big soft bench seat, it's like sitting on a pillow. Buckets are good but I don't always want to be firmly gripped by my seat. Sometimes I just want a nice cruise on a couch.

Bench seats are the best. The only reason buckets came into vogue is because knocking your knees or feet against the confines of the vehicle make it feel cramped, and buckets help keep you from squirming that far.

I'd only go for a bench seat if it was a 40/60 or 40/20/40 split and the shifter was column mounted. Anything else is just uncomfortable for all parties.

I like benches, but they don't offer enough upper back support for longer drives
it may be cushy and comfy at first but a bucket will be much more comfortable in the long run
